The Rex Theater can seat up to 224 people. Each event will have a configuration to fit the genre of music or event being presented and to enhance your concert experience. Check a show's listing to see the seating arrangements for a specific performance.
Accessible seating is available for our guests with disabilities, and both the building and bathroom are handicap accessible. Guests who purchase accessible seats are allowed to have up to three people sitting with them, based on availability. Accessible seating is allocated on a first come, first-served basis, so we encourage purchasing tickets as far in advance as possible. We will make every effort on the day of an event to provide the seating accommodations requested. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased online. The Rex Theater patrons use on-street parking and public parking lots near the facility. We advise arriving early to ensure you secure an accessible space.
The best way to buy tickets is here on our website. Your email receipt is your scannable ticket to present when you arrive. Please print it out or have it available on your mobile device to present at the door. Our box office opens at 6PM the night of the show. The price is the same at the Box Office as it is online.
No, sold out means no more tickets are available.
We do everything we can to make ordering tickets through our website as convenient and efficient as possible. To serve you best, we partner with the top vendors in the industry to provide reliable, easy-to-use ticketing technology. Our fees are typically significantly lower than the industry average, and all necessary fees are clearly indicated during the purchase process for each event.
The Rex Theater employs a NO REFUND policy. We only offer refunds when a show is canceled or rescheduled. Refunds for canceled shows will be processed automatically. If a show is rescheduled, tickets for the original date will be honored for the new date. However, you may request a refund within 21 days. Service fees are always non-refundable.
The box office and doors open 1 hour prior to the event time. Check your scannable ticket for door and show times.
Everyone is welcome at all shows unless noted on the event page. Check individual show listings for other details.

There is plenty of on-street parking near the Rex Theater, as well as public parking lots close by. Patrons who park in private lots of individuals or businesses do so at their own risk and may be subject to towing. There are handicapped spaces available across the street at the Grayson Street lot, but the number is limited. We advise arriving early to ensure you secure an accessible space.
